We design your bathroom around your space — whether that's a master ensuite, family bathroom, wetroom, shower room, guest ensuite or cloakroom — source every product, coordinate delivery, and stay involved right through installation with your own tradesperson or one of our approved fitters.

Visit our Braintree showroom or we come to you. We listen to what you're looking for, discuss your budget, and agree on priorities. No pressure, no commitment.
We visit your home in Maldon, take precise laser measurements, and check everything technical — plumbing, electrics, ventilation. This is how we make sure the design works perfectly in your space.
We create 3D visuals so you can see exactly how it will look. You choose every tile, tap, and finish. Nothing is ordered until you're completely happy — and the price is fixed at this point.

Your Own Tradesperson
Great — we'll work with them directly. Our designer can meet them on site, brief them on the specification, and we provide everything they need to install to the design exactly.
Our Approved Installers
We'll match you with a vetted, insured installer from our approved network. They already know our products and standards, and we stay involved from start to finish.
We also offer a fully project-managed option for clients who'd like us to handle every aspect of the build, including a 3-year workmanship warranty.
Our design service is free — the consultation, home survey, 3D visuals and technical drawings are all included at no cost. You only pay for the products you choose.
For products only — cloakrooms start from around £3,000. Full bathrooms typically fall between £6,000 and £15,000+ depending on room size, specification level and product choices. That's the cost of everything we design and supply: sanitaryware, brassware, tiles, lighting, heating, furniture and accessories.
Installation is separate and depends on who does the work and the scope of your project. If you use our approved installers, we can provide an indication of installation costs during the design phase.
