You get expert design advice, 3D visuals of your bathroom, a fixed-price quote, and a detailed technical pack covering installation drawings, product data, and fitting guidance. We also stay available throughout the build to answer questions and make sure everything goes to plan.
From your first visit to a finalised design and quote, it's usually 2 to 4 weeks. That depends on how quickly you'd like to move, how many changes you want to make, and the complexity of the project.
It honestly depends — the scope of the work, the size of the room, the specification, and the installer all play a part. Anywhere from 5 to 20 working days is normal. We'll give you a clearer idea once the design is finalised.
Of course. We work with your tradesperson directly — we brief them on the specification, provide detailed installation drawings, and stay available throughout the build. If you don't have someone, we'll match you with a vetted installer from our approved network. Either way, we're behind the project the whole way.
Call us. We stay available throughout installation to help resolve anything that comes up — whether that's a product question, a fitting query, or something unexpected on site. That's part of the service.
Every product comes with the manufacturer's own warranty, and we register those on your behalf. We also stay available after handover to help with any product queries or warranty claims. If your project is fully managed by us, you get a workmanship warranty on the installation too.
No. The price is fixed for everything listed in the quote. If you want to add or change something, we confirm the new cost in writing before anything is ordered.
No. We take a deposit when you give the go-ahead, and the balance is due before delivery. We'll talk you through the payment stages at the quoting stage so there are no surprises.
